I praise God for this wonderful opportunity as I am sharing how A3 impacted and shaped my life and how it has helped me to discover the purpose of my life.

For nearly 25 years, I have had the privilege of journeying alongside A3 in India. Reflecting on these years, I see a clear theme: God has faithfully used this movement to call Christian leaders back to what matters most—our intimacy with Him, our families, and our integrity.

When I look at the challenges facing the church today, I am convinced that the future of leadership does not rest on structures or strategies alone. It rests on the inner life of leaders; their spirituality, their character, and their ability to live in authentic community. This is where A3 has made such a profound difference in my nation.

From May 7–10, 2025, our A3 7th Batch families gathered in the seaside town of Cox’s Bazar for a family seminar where ministry leaders didn’t just come as pastors and leaders, but as husbands, wives, and parents, ready to invest in their homes.

When I was first invited for A3, I was quite reluctant because I had just finished my MTh (Master of Theology), and I didn't want to go through another course, so to speak. But then I was reassured that it's not a course of lots of reading, but it's something different. So I said, “Okay, fine. If that's what it is, I probably would join in.”

When I saw Joe Handley’s recent post about the global impact A3 is poised to have, something stirred in me.
Because what I see happening through A3 is not theoretical. It is not branding. It is not institutional expansion. It is something we’ve been living on the ground for years.

Before coming to A3, I was a leader in a liminal space—transitioning from what was to what is about to come. I felt anxious, doubtful, and undeserving of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. But the invitation I heard from God through our first quiet time during the A3 retreat at the Christian Development Centre in Tagaytay was:
