An Update from Lasar Banargee in Bangladesh
Hello everyone. This is Laser Banargee from Bangladesh.
I've been involved with A3 ministry for a long period of time, and I'm also an alumnus. I have been involved with this ministry, and I am really impacted by this ministry. Because of my difficult time [in leadership], I went through this process. It was very blessful for me. Likewise, there were some other leaders of Bangladesh who were quite prominent, but when they went through these processes, they understood what are their purposes in this—in their life. And they have been doing a great job in Bangladesh and beyond.
One very practical thing, if I say, that the current A3 batch we have, so out of eight sessions at the national alumni... they are actually leading four, which is very good progress. And even when we get any facilitator from outside, still our alumni, they're still there to serve the new leaders. And one movement is going on in Bangladesh. We have found that we can actually impact our new generation. And the older generation is intentionally helping them to grow spiritually. And most of the elder people we have in the core team, they are actually A3 alumni. So it is a very good picture that we, our alumni, are coming together. Sometimes we are doing some ministry individually with our own teams, and sometimes we are coming together to do something more for the next generation.

Lasar Banargee graduated from class 2 of A3/Bangladesh over ten years ago and has been serving on the core leadership team ever since. In addition, Lasar serves in key leadership roles for other organizations in Bangladesh such as IFES and Discipleship Associates International.
