For nearly 25 years, I have had the privilege of journeying alongside A3 in India. Reflecting on these years, I see a clear theme: God has faithfully used this movement to call Christian leaders back to what matters most—our intimacy with Him, our families, and our integrity.

Charya’s bones were crooked, he was missing an eye, he could barely walk. He was spiritually convicted during the A3 session as they talked about the apostle Paul being chief among sinners.

It's our second session, and I just wanted to share about how wonderful it was to just be with all these pastors—men and women of different ages, different levels of experience, but what a great community they're building.

Is Bigger Better?

The thinking that you must grow big to make a difference has crept in the church. I have heard several times of evangelical leaders urging pastors to level up so as to grow big churches to transform the nation. Where is this perspective coming from?
