We foster purposeful networks with high-impact leaders to face their unique challenges... together.
Leaders collaborate with leaders, and their churches and businesses collaborate with one another, too. For example, this is how we've deployed our church multiplication strategy in Japan through 3-5 churches in a network that each try to plant a church simultaneously. We see that churches partnering with other churches contribute to kingdom growth. Marketplace CEOs networking with other CEOs creates tremendous synergy. As a result of participating in the A3 Leader Development program, each participant becomes more kingdom-minded.
A3 leaders are carrying the opportunity to reach many people in their local communities with the transforming message of Jesus Christ. They are positioned and poised to grow alongside other leaders with shared purpose.
A3’s primary customers are leaders regardless of which sphere in which they operate. We want to each leader to be growing in Christlikeness, and we urge each leader to nurture their own love relationship with God; this produces character and being molded into Christ's image.
Change from the Inside Out
This change is internal, starting deep within each individual. But then change moves outward. It's more than simply growing personally in isolation. As a result of participating in the A3 Leader Development program, we want graduates to be more Christlike leaders, too. Because they are positive role models, this change radiates outward, affecting everyone in each leader's circle of influence. With expanding influence and more transformed leaders, we are seeing sustained momentum in each location A3 operates.
WHAT WE DO
We equip and unify visionary Christ-centered leaders to influence Spirit-led change.
Our process is centered around the belief that a Spirit-led community can change the culture of an entire nation—virtually anything—toward Christ's purposes. We give leaders a structure to connect and sustain each other, accelerate their own ministries, and expand the love of Jesus throughout their communities.
FOSTERING THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT
The A3 Leader Development Model brings together 12-18 leaders who meet quarterly over a 2-year period. Intensive, in-service, in-country, in-community, and ongoing.
A3 brings leaders together at the right place at the right time for these quarterly retreats to maximize the impact on the individuals of this learning community. These retreats incorporate spiraling times of input + interaction + reflection + application.
The relationships that develop in the context of this experience provide a network for ongoing collaboration, friendship, and growth long after the cohort graduates.
A3 does not develop leaders within a vacuum—they are developed within one of our learning communities. There is a huge upside to linking leaders with one another. Within each cohort itself, we see a vibrant community emerge. Each class of 12-15 leaders becomes a tight-knit and safe community, which serves as a catalyst for the transformational process in each leader's life. And certainly, at the core, each leader is a part of their own community outside the cohort—their local church—which begins enjoying the benefits of a transformed leader. Furthermore, linking leaders and churches together brings increasing momentum in cities and regions. This vibrant community contributes to the unity of Christ's body in the world.

Seeking Change on the Macro Level in Societies
TRANSFORMED COUNTRIES & CONTINENTS
A3 seeks to extend the transforming power of the Gospel across society. But we cannot really do this on our own. However, we try to contribute on the macro scale by concentrating on the spheres listed above. Doing so positions an ecosystem ready for large-scale transformation. Leaders change the churches; changed congregations change communities. Changed communities can transform societies and even countries.
A3 IS DEVELOPING LEADERS IN SEVERAL SOCIETAL SPHERES OR SECTORS:
- CHURCH - pastors and church leaders
- BUSINESS - entrepreneurs, CEOs, and marketplace leaders (See A3.business)
- FAMILY - focusing on improving the marriages and families of leaders
- WOMEN - women in ministry
- YOUNG PROFESSIONALS - emerging leaders between ages 25-35.
