Yesterday, during a break out session with Dr. Gary McIntosh, professor at Talbot Seminary, I asked if this quote from Dr. Wagner was true. Gary has been teaching for A3/Japan with over 100 graduates of A3 leadership training this week and walking through principles for growing churches.
Gary answered a definitive and resounding, "YES"! He said the research proves the quote to be true year after year. This is precisely why A3 is so committed to developing leaders who multiply churches: because we believe our best effort in reaching Asia for Christ is to come alongside leading pastors, invest in them as leaders and serve as a catalytic force for church multiplication.
We want to see Japan and the rest of Asia reached for Christ. Thus, we have committed our time and resources to developing leaders who multiply churches, what Dr. McIntosh and Dr. Wagner have found to be the most effective evangelistic methodology.
