With excitement I am pleased to announce that we recently welcomed two new members to our A3 Board of Directors.
Introducing...
Stephen Woodworth
I’m encouraged to add Steve Woodworth to the A3's board. His wide range of experience spanning from World Vision and the Lausanne Movement as well as his expertise in marketing and communication is a welcome addition to our team. Steve has worked with us before to help in our development efforts and has been a long term fan of the ministry. It was evident from day one when he joined our board to explore the possibility that he would make a terrific fit. He jumped right in offering his expertise to the conversation and his commitment to developing and multiplying leaders to transform nations was right on target.
In accepting our invitation, Steve commented:
"There is something really special about the A3 board and senior staff that I have never experienced before. They have such unity and community."
David D. Kim
A leader development organization is only as good as the next generation, so they say. That is one of the many reasons why I’m excited to have David join the A3 board. He brings a fresh perspective as an emerging young leader in addition to his expertise in “missional entrepreneurship”. As A3 looks to starting a marketplace initiative, David’s eyes will be especially appreciated. Plus, David is connected to many other movements like OMF, Lausanne, and Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. I’m glad to have another 'forty-something' on the team.
Here's what David wrote:
"It is a blessing and honor to accept and join the Board of Directors of A3 ("A2"). A3 is a recognized mission serving with distinction in Asia for indigenous church leadership development and church planting. I am excited to participate in vision casting with A3 for new ministry initiatives and countries to serve in fulfilling the Great Commission."

I hope you'll join me in welcoming Steve and David to the the board and to the A3 community!
