When I was first invited for A3, I was quite reluctant because I had just finished my MTh (Master of Theology), and I didn't want to go through another course, so to speak. But then I was reassured that it's not a course of lots of reading, but it's something different. So I said, “Okay, fine. If that's what it is, I probably would join in.”

When I saw Joe Handley’s recent post about the global impact A3 is poised to have, something stirred in me.
Because what I see happening through A3 is not theoretical. It is not branding. It is not institutional expansion. It is something we’ve been living on the ground for years.

Since joining A3 in January of this year, I've been able to attend leader development sessions in a few countries, as well as meet members within the A3 community. One particular highlight for me was A3's Global Leaders Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Periodically we try to assess whether we are meeting the mark and being fruitful in our overall ministry thus we try various ways to discern how effective we are. Evaluation is crucial to see if we are on target.
