Meng Aun Hour says that many people use their own power to control or hurt others. He kept asking himself, “What about me? What about my leadership style? Do I lead like the leaders of Cambodia, or do I lead like Jesus?”
Studying Jesus’ leadership example, Meng learned how Jesus used his power and authority to serve and bless people, as well as to build relationships with the Father and with others. What an example to follow—to lead like Jesus!

Leaders can be a blessing or a curse simply by the way they lead. In the 1970s, Cambodians experienced the horrific consequences of cursed leadership through the genocidal nightmare of the Killing Fields.
