Biographical Profile 

Current Assignments

  • Noel Becchetti was named Vice President for Leader Development, effective October 1, 2012.
  • Kyle Becchetti currently serves as Administrator for Leader Development for A3.

Previous Posts

  • Prior to this post, Noel served as Executive Director for Truthseekers International, a ministry committed to spiritual and social freedom for the oppressed lower castes of India. He previously served for 13 years as President of Center for Student Missions (CSM), an urban short-term mission and service ministry working in the United States and Canada. He also enjoyed over 12 years at Youth Specialties, where he launched and directed Youthworker Journal and eventually served as Vice President, Publishing.
  • Before her involvement with A2, Kyle served as Director of Operations for Truthseekers. Previous to her time with Truthseekers, Kyle served 17 years with CSM, first as Chicago City Director and eventually as Vice President of Operations. Before her service with CSM, she was an attorney, first with the City of San Diego and subsequently in private practice. She maintains an active license to practice law in California.

Church Involvement

Noel and Kyle are members of Community Covenant Church (CCC) in El Cajon, California, where Noel served 12 years as director of missions and Kyle served 10 years as a member of the elder board.  They are also part of CCC’s jail ministry team and Noel enjoys an occasional call to fill in with the CCC worship band. CCC is a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church of America (ECC). Noel served two terms on the ECC National Executive Board, and Kyle served two terms on the Board of Trustees for North Park University and Seminary, including three years as Chair of the Board.

Personal

Noel and Kyle live in El Cajon, California. They have two children, Elise and Evan, and two grandsons, Noah and Desmond.
