Our Why
WE HAVE ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT A CHRIST-CENTERED LEADER, WHO'S FUELED BY GOD AND SUPPORTED BY A LOCAL COMMUNITY, CAN CHANGE A NATION.
Jesus modeled this himself, creating a mission-inspired team of disciples—a cohort of leaders—each with their own gifts and calling, but who came together for support, learning, and growth.
As A3 has worked nearly 60 years in Japan and throughout Asia, led by God, we have developed a process that has been a catalyst for transformation by supporting Christian leaders so they can fulfill their calling to share the Gospel in their communities.
Now, we've been called by leaders in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and the Americas, who are in great need of support. These leaders are working in difficult conditions, boldly fueled by God's Spirit, but they lack the sustaining power of a collaborative community of other leaders who understand the challenges they face.
These leaders are carrying the call to fulfill the Great Commission in their place and time, and they need a way to sustain and grow in that call.

So A3 is answering the call to become global. We are now establishing cohorts of key leaders poised in positions to bring God's love to these additional critical places. A3 is growing into new regions, helping leaders connect and establish cohorts in more places around the world.
A3 nurtures intentional learning communities to build and sustain Christ leaders because this supportive network is making the difference between a ministry cut short and a ministry accelerated.
Changing the few who bring Spirit-led influence wherever they go
