We join the angels in praise as they proclaimed at Jesus' birth:

As we celebrate Jesus' coming with you, we also praise God for many things this past year. 

Our most exciting news is that we are going to be grandparents for the first time!

Our daughter Rachel and her husband Quan are expecting. Stay tuned… Our granddaughter is due in March (close to Joe’s birthday).

A few of this year's highlights include:

	New Name A3’s new name reflects our expansion across Asia and beyond.
	Polycentric Leadership Joe’s thesis on Polycentric Mission Leadership is being shared around the world: seminaries, bible colleges, the Lausanne Movement and more are engaging the new ideas.
	Hope in Japan A3/Japan is sensing a new era of hope as more missional partners are coming to Japan. In addition, the broader Church, via the Japan Evangelical Alliance and more, is seeking to double the Christian population.
	Fruit in Vietnam We partnered alongside the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for some of the most fruitful evangelism festivals in Vietnam. More evangelistic opportunities are anticipated with them in 2024, too.
	Expanding Beyond Asia We are opening entirely new regions across Asia and growing into the Middle East.

While there have been many blessings this year, it was bittersweet when Silk’s loving father, Perry Demitroff, went to be with the Lord last March. While we mourn his loss, we are grateful for our last few months with him and know he is sitting at the feet of the one we celebrate this season. We sure miss him, but he gets to be with Jesus face-to-face! And someday we’ll join him again.

This Christmas season, we are grateful to the one whom we celebrate: the hope of the world! He is…
