It warmed my heart being with the A3 alumni in the Philippines recently.
"if you have faith the size of a mustard seed… nothing will be impossible to you!"

Their stories reminded me of the truth of Jesus’ words above: Small is Big.
Testimony after testimony, so many shared how the A3 community process changed their lives and ministries.
Pastor Angel shared how he is now mentoring 20 younger leaders and supervising 6 different churches.
Pastor Lito talked about how A3 is different, we’re not about more information but rather transformation!
Pastor Dennis shared about the power of his small group.
Pastor Noel called it an awakening and shared how much his wife is blessed by how he is.
Pastor Eniong described the A3 community as a haven for him.
Pastor Terry mentioned how her marriage was strengthened and her and her husband serve in synergy together now.
Pastor Nelson shared how his vision and mission were refined and strengthened.
Pastor Robert shared how his church has returned to 90% capacity which is unusual after the pandemic today. They are focusing on making a difference, one family at a time, which birthed during his time with A3.
The Power of the A3 Process
Story after story affirmed the essence of A3 and the power of the process.
Finally, while not present with us, Pastor Jason has now seen more the 130 different disciple-making fellowships or churches launched during the pandemic. He learned about this movement approach to church planting during A3 and applied it so fruitfully during and now following the pandemic.
Small is Big… Look at what a mustard seed like investment can grow into!
I praise God today for what he is doing through the A3 community. It’s so encouraging to sit with our alumni and see how God is working in their lives, their communities and their nations.
