"A3 has always been a God-blessed and God-directed ministry. Our church family has been in partnership with A3 from its very inception and has the privilege of watching it grow and mature under the guidance of Scripture and the Holy Spirit.
A3 is a ministry that actually accomplishes its mission "to identify, develop and release emerging kingdom leaders to unite the church, multiply leaders and congregations, and extend the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ".
There is a vital need for effective leadership in the church today. Sheep need effective shepherds. There is a spiritual awakening occurring around the globe today and as a result a desperate need for effective leadership.
I am thankful to God that A3 is helping provide that leadership. May the Lord continue to bless A3 as they serve to grow the Kingdom of God."

Pastor Cory Ishida was born in Alhambra, CA in 1947 to Nisei (second generation Japanese American) parents. He grew up in Pasadena, CA and graduated from UCLA with a degree in zoology. Pastor Cory has been married to his wife, Reine, since 1969. They have three married daughters and 13 grandchildren. Pastor Cory has served as the senior pastor of Evergreen Baptist Church of San Gabriel Valley (Evergreen SGV) for over 40 years before retiring in 2019.
