Periodically we try to assess whether we are meeting the mark and being fruitful in our overall ministry thus we try various ways to discern how effective we are. Evaluation is crucial to see if we are on target.

When I was first invited for A3, I was quite reluctant because I had just finished my MTh (Master of Theology), and I didn't want to go through another course, so to speak. But then I was reassured that it's not a course of lots of reading, but it's something different. So I said, “Okay, fine. If that's what it is, I probably would join in.”

I am Selvi Rajiv, and I'm part of the Women In Ministry batch here in India.

When I first interviewed with A3 over six years ago, I told the board, “This is one of the best kept secrets in mission today.” Why? Because I was in cross-cultural mission leadership for more than 20 years and had no idea of the impact of the mission.

This summer when our Mid-Year Report went out, we had several similar responses: “Joe, I had no idea the impact of A3. Thank you for sending the mid-year report!” I just shared...

I'm Carol Christopher from Hyderabad, India.

My husband is an alumnus of A3. Each time he came home from A3 programs, he used to share with us the life transformation stories. Then I remember thinking, “Why don't we get this opportunity? Why only men?”

“I thank God for this A3 family whom I can lean on. My learning experience made a difference in my life, family, and ministry now. Long live A3! Indeed A3 is truly life-transforming.

It was great to be in Jakarta for the A3 session of the second cohort! I met Pastor Yoel, who wanted to share a few words of thankfulness with everyone about his A3 experience.
